Individual $170 / Twosome $340 / Foursome $680
Registration includes two free drinks from the bar cart, lunch, door prizes, goodie bag, and a foursome picture on signature hole.
Super Tickets (Optional)
$55 per person
Includes 3 mulligans, entry in door prize drawing, $10 gift card to Worldwide Golf, a certificate for Hybrid or Wedge ($120 value).
If all players in foursome participate:
  • Use Golf Pro Drive on Hole 15
  • Declare "Birdie" on hole of choice
Non Golfer Lunches (Optional)
$35 per person
You can also bring a friend and enjoy the company of others while helping a good cause.
Donation (Optional)
If you would like to contribute to the Evergreen Park & Recreation District INSPIRE Program, your contribution will go to the scholarship program to participants that would otherwise not be able to attend. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
